 Sekarang ini berjualan melalui internet sedang marak. Berikut ini ada beberapa tips agar penjualan melalui internet cepat laku, atau pembelian melalui internet tercapai.1. Pasang Iklan di situs yang banyak diakses untuk jual beli barang. Situs yang biasa saya gunakan untuk menjual/membeli barang adalah 88db.com dan kaskus 2.Jika ingin menjual, tawarkan dengan harga pasar. Jangan memasang berdasarkan harga saat anda membelinya. Sebelum menjual buka dulu situs2 jual beli yang ada, lalu temukan produk yang sama dengan produk anda, lalu lihat harganya. 3.Pasang iklan lengkap dengan foto2 barang yang akan anda jual. Memang merepotkan memasang foto, namun pembeli akan jauh lebih tertarik jika bisa melihat dulu barang yang akan dibelinya. Usahakan diberikan background yang bagus sehingga terlihat lebih menawan. 4. Tuliskan spesifikasi lengkap barang yang akan anda jual. Jangan hanya sekedar menulis merek dan harganya saja, usahakan berikan keterangan lengkap seperti spesifikasi barang, kelengkapan tambahan (jika ada). 5. Tunjukkan kondisi barang. Kondisi barang sangat mempengaruhi minat pembeli, karena pembeli takut tertipu dengan barang yang diposting. Tuliskan saja kondisinya apakah 95%,80%,70% dll, namun tuliskan kekurangan barang yang akan dijual (jika ada), seperti ada sedikit lecet di bagian belakang, merek sudah terkelupas, baterai cuman tahan 30 menit dll. Jangan takut orang tidak mau membeli jika memang ada kekurangan, daripada anda sudah janjian ketemu tapi batal gara2 ada cacat yang tidak anda sebutkan. 6. Berikan nomor telepon untuk menghubungi anda. Jangan mengandalkan email,PM,dll, andalkan nomor HP/telepon anda agar orang mudah menghubungi anda. 7. Setelah selesai Pasang Iklan, usahakan selalu update iklan anda! Pembeli cenderung hanya membaca iklan yang berada di posisi awal situs, dengan mengupdate iklan anda, atau memberi komentar iklan anda sendiri, iklan anda akan selalu bergeser di halaman awal. 8. Jika pembeli ingin melihat barang, sebaiknya cari tempat yang ramai untuk ketemuan seperti di Mall, atau di rumah anda sendiri. Hal ini untuk menjaga jika ada pembeli yang punya niat jahat. 9. Tuliskan alasan mengapa dijual. Pembeli sering penasaran dengan alasan barang dijual, takutnya ada kerusakan ato penyesalan dari penjual, dan itu penting diketahui oleh calon pembeli, karena takut menyesal jika terlanjur membelinya. Oleh karena itu, tuliskan alasan yang kira2 tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembeli seperti "bosen", ato "pengen ganti yang …", ato "gak bisa make-nya", ato udah punya yang laen, dll. 10. Sebaiknya,jangan transaksi selain ketemu langsung. Jangan menjual dengan cara pengiriman barang dll yang intinya memungkinkan pembeli berbuat curang, kecuali pembeli bersedia mengirimkan uang terlebih dahulu seutuhnya, bukan sebagian. info bagus nih gan..  |

 Sepertinya Intel membocorkan sedikit gambaran mengenai MacBook Pro terbaru. Lihat gambar diatas dengan jelas, dari gambar iklan untuk prosesor Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 terbaru itu terlihat sebuah laptop hitam misterius.Banyak yang menganggap itu adalah MacBook Pro terbaru, apalagi sebelumnya MacBook Pro dikabarkan akan mendapat update prosesor Intel Sandy Bridge tanggal 1 Maret mendatang. And most will tell you they have been through the most spiritual of occurrences. But out of body experiences are nothing more than the trick of a confused mind, according to evidence from an extraordinary study. Using virtual reality visors, scientists have been able to fool the brains of volunteers into temporarily believing they occupied a 3D computer-generated character.  The peculiar sensations they described mirrored the feelings of those who reported an out of body experience.Swiss neuroscientist Professor Olaf Blanke, a world authority on consciousness, claims the results show that out of body experiences are the result of temporary glitches in perception. He said: 'Instead of it being a spiritual thing, it is the brain being confused.'  The researchers immersed volunteers in a computer-generated landscape through a virtual reality visor. The participant could see a 3D room occupied by a human-looking figure – known as an avatar – who mimicked their posture and movements. The volunteer also wore a skullcap fitted with electrodes to monitor brain activity. During one experiment, the volunteer was stroked on the arm with a baton, while a computer-generated stick stroked the arm of the avatar. Incredibly, the volunteer was so immersed in the virtual world that for a few moments they believed they were 'occupying' the avatar – rather than their own body. The electrodes picked up activity in parts of the brain which Professor Blanke had established in previous research were linked to out of body experiences. In another test, the volunteers stood in front of a screen showing an avatar with its back turned. Again, when the scientists touched the volunteer while simultaneously 'touching' the avatar with a computer-generated baton, the volunteers reported an out of body experience. Professor Blanke said: 'They started thinking that the avatar was their own body. We created a partial out of body experience. We were able to disassociate touch and vision and make people think their body was two metres in front of them.' In another series of experiments, the volunteers watched an avatar while the scientists squeezed their index finger with a tool – but did not inflict any pain on the avatar. Professor Blanke said: 'We asked them to say when they felt pain. If we did it in the conditions where people identify with the avatar, they felt less pain. The findings, reported at the American Association for the Advancement of Science conference in Washington DC, could be used to develop medical treatments, and bring us closer to the world imagined in science fiction film Avatar – where space explorers 'project' their minds into artificial creatures across the universe. via: dailymail.co.uk  |
